TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Armus.mu (“armus.mu” or the “Service”) consists of the Armus website, www.armus.mu, and affiliated sites (collectively, the “Website”), and offers a variety of games, activities, and services owned by Armus Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “ARMUS”). Your use of armus.mu is subject at all times to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Statement, and all applicable End User License Agreements (collectively, the “EULAs”). Any inconsistencies between the Terms of Service, the Privacy Statement, and the EULAs will be resolved by ARMUS in its sole and absolute discretion. Your armus.mu membership account (the “Account”) and all of our games, activities, and other services, regardless of when they are added to armus.mu, are governed by these Terms of Service.

EACH TIME YOU USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY (OR CANNOT COMPLY WITH) ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS ANY SERVICES AND EXIT THE WEBSITE. ANY REFERENCES HEREIN TO AND ABOUT YOU REFER TO YOU AND THE PERSON OR ENTITY ON WHOSE REPRESENTATION YOU ARE ACTING, IF ANY.

ARMUS may, from time to time, modify, amend, or supplement these Terms of Service and post the changes on the Terms of Service page. Such modifications, amendments, or supplements will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. You are responsible for periodically checking the Website for any changes to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to be bound by (or cannot comply with) these modified Terms of Service, you agree that your sole recourse is to terminate your Account and cease using the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms of Service.

If you violate any of these Terms of Service, ARMUS may send you a warning about the violation, or we may choose to immediately delete your Account(s). You acknowledge and agree that ARMUS may delete your Account(s) at any time, for any reason or no reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. If your Account is deleted, you will not be able to register for a new Armus.mu Account without ARMUS's express permission. Furthermore, if ARMUS deletes your Account due to your breach of these Terms of Service, or if ARMUS removes, erases, or loses any of your Content (defined below), ARMUS will have no liability to you or any third party.

The Terms of Service and any rules or instructions posted regarding a particular game, activity, contest, or sweepstakes constitute the entire agreement between you and ARMUS regarding your rights and obligations in using the Service.

1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION ON ARMUS.MU

1) By completing the Armus.mu registration process, you will be able to establish an Account with which to access the Service and become a Member (''Member'') of Armus.mu. Your Account will allow you to participate in certain games, activities, and other services available on the Website. To create an Account, you must select a login name, nickname, and password. Your nickname is your identity on Armus.mu. You may not use a nickname that is already in use, a vulgar or offensive nickname, or one that is used in a way that violates these Terms of Service. During the account registration process, you must provide accurate and truthful information.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Account and for the security of your computer system. You may not disclose your Account password to other users or allow others to access your Account. ARMUS will not ask you to reveal your password nor will it ever initiate contact with you requesting your secret answer. If you forget your password, we will send it to you after we confirm your identity.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that you will have no ownership or other property interest in the Account, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to the Account are the sole and exclusive property of ARMUS.

(a) Fees and Billing
You may create an Account without paying any registration or subscription fees. However, ARMUS may charge fees to access and purchase certain in-game items or participate in game activities on Armus.mu.

ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES ARE PAID IN ADVANCE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE DELETION OF YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON, TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT, CANCELLATION OF THE CASH STORE, AND/OR CLOSURE OF THE SERVICE.

ARMUS may, at any time, modify, amend, or supplement its fees, and/or virtual currency prices and billing methods, permanently or for a limited time. Such modifications, amendments, or supplements will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. If you find any of these changes unacceptable, you may cancel your Account at any time, but ARMUS will not refund any fees that may have accrued in your Account prior to such cancellation and will not prorate the fees for any charges.

(b) Payment Options
You may pay applicable fees and charges with any major credit card or any other method authorized by ARMUS.

(c) Major Credit Cards
You may use any major credit card to pay applicable fees and charges. When you provide credit card information to ARMUS, you represent to ARMUS that you are the authorized user of the credit card used to pay the fees and charges applicable to the Account in question. As the Account owner, you are responsible for all fees and charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all purchases made by you or anyone using your Account, including your family members or friends. This means that unless your Account or credit card information is obtained illegally or fraudulently by someone other than those authorized by you to use your Account, you will be responsible for all use and purchases under your Account.

You can pay applicable fees and charges with any major credit card, PayPal, or any other method authorized by ARMUS.

(d) Account Termination
You have the right to terminate or cancel your Account at any time. You understand and agree that termination of your Account is your exclusive right and remedy with respect to any dispute, including, but not limited to, those relating to or arising from: (i) any term of these Terms of Service or ARMUS's enforcement or application of these Terms of Service; (ii) the Content (defined below) available through Armus.mu; (iii) your ability to access or use Armus.mu; or (iv) the amount or type of fees, ancillary charges, applicable taxes, payment methods, or any changes to the fees, applicable taxes, ancillary charges, or payment methods.
Furthermore, you understand and agree that, if your account is terminated for any reason (including due to your request for account termination), any virtual currency or items associated with your terminated account will be PERMANENTLY DELETED.

2. ONLINE CONTENT

By ''Content,'' we mean all games, software, communications, images, sounds, and all other materials and information you may view on the Website. ARMUS does not pre-screen all Content. You assume all risk related to the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Content found on the Website.

Strong and vulgar language, distasteful or explicit sexual references, discussion of illegal drugs, and hate speech are always inappropriate Content for Armus.mu. Content standards may vary depending on where you access Armus.mu from, the type of game you are playing, and the expectations of the local community in which you reside. Some game and chat rooms may include stronger language than others, including profanity. We ask that you always use your best judgment when providing or using Content and engaging in other conduct related to the Service. See Section 3, Online Conduct, for additional information.

ARMUS may monitor any Content on Armus.mu at any time. However, we cannot monitor all Content on Armus.mu, and we do not attempt to do so. If you encounter any Content that you disagree with or find unacceptable, please report it to game support or the reporting email address for the area where the incident occurred. ARMUS does not endorse, approve, or pre-screen any Content that you or other users communicate on the Service. ARMUS assumes no responsibility for Content generated by Members or other guests on Armus.mu. We reserve the right to remove Content that we find objectionable in our sole and absolute discretion. ARMUS assumes no liability for the failure to remove or delay in removing any Content.

Our Services may include fictitious currencies such as coins, gold coins, and points (''Virtual Money'') and virtual items or services for use within our Services (''Virtual Goods''). You may purchase Virtual Money from us in exchange for real money if you are a legal adult in your country of residence. If you are a legal adult in your country of residence, you may also purchase Virtual Goods in exchange for real money or other credits. You agree that you will only purchase Virtual Money or Virtual Goods from us or a third-party store used by us, and not from any third party. We reserve the right to charge fees for the right to access or use Virtual Money or Virtual Goods, and we review the perceived value or price of any Virtual Money or Virtual Goods. We may also choose to distribute Virtual Money or Virtual Goods free of charge, at our sole discretion.
You do not own Virtual Goods or Virtual Money, but instead purchase a limited, revocable personal license to use Virtual Goods or Virtual Money exclusively within the Services; Any Virtual Goods or Virtual Money balance does not reflect any monetary or stored value. You have no other right, title, or possession over the Virtual Money or Virtual Goods. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT VIRTUAL MONEY OR VIRTUAL GOODS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR REAL MONEY, GOODS, OR SERVICES FROM US OR ANYONE ELSE.
You agree that all sales of Virtual Money and Virtual Goods are final and that we will not refund any transaction once it has been completed. A license to use the Virtual Goods or Virtual Money is granted immediately upon completion of the purchase. Performance of our Services begins and ends immediately, so at that point you lose your right of termination.
We reserve the right to control, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Money or Virtual Goods in our sole discretion and without any liability to you.
We prohibit and do not recognize any alleged transfer of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods made outside of our Services, or the alleged sale, gift, or exchange in the ''real world'' of anything appearing or originating from our Services, unless we have expressly authorized it. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited, void, and may result in the suspension of your account.

3. ONLINE CONDUCT

To maintain order within the game and the security of your online account, the following points must be respected:
01. It is prohibited to publish, transmit, promote, or distribute illegal Content.
02. It is prohibited to harass, threaten, abuse, disparage, slander, defame, embarrass, or do anything else to another ARMUS guest or employee.
03. You are prohibited from transmitting or facilitating the distribution of Content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable in the opinion of a reasonable person.
04. You are prohibited from infringing the intellectual property rights of ARMUS or any third party.
05. You are prohibited from altering or terminating another Member's Account.
06. You are prohibited from disrupting the flow of conversation in chat rooms with vulgar language, abusive behavior, repeatedly pressing the return key or entering large images so that the screen scrolls too quickly to read, excessive shouting (capsules) in an attempt to annoy other users, spamming, or flooding (posting repetitive text).
7. You are prohibited from impersonating another person, indicating that you are an ARMUS employee or a representative of Armus.mu, or attempting to mislead Members or guests by implying that you represent ARMUS or any of ARMUS's licensors or affiliates.
8. You are prohibited from attempting to obtain a login ID, password, or other Account information, or any other private information from a Member or any other user on Armus.mu. Remember: ARMUS employees will NEVER ask for your password. Do not provide your password, secret answers, or billing information to anyone.
9. You are prohibited from uploading any Content that you do not own or that you do not have the right to freely distribute.
10. You are prohibited from participating in, promoting, or encouraging any illegal activity, such as hacking, cracking, or distributing counterfeit software.
11. You are prohibited from uploading files that contain viruses or corrupted data.
12. You are prohibited from posting messages for any purpose other than personal communication, such as advertisements, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any commercial use of our Service.
13. You are prohibited from inappropriately using in-game support or report buttons to make false reports to ARMUS.
14. You are prohibited from using, developing, or distributing software programs that alter the memory or integrity of the game (hacks/cheats). The use of macros is permitted.
15. You are prohibited from modifying, deleting, or creating derivative content from the Service or Website, or any of their components.
16. You are prohibited from posting or communicating any player's real-world personal information within the Service or any other part of the Website.
17. You are prohibited from interfering with, hacking, or deciphering any transmissions to or from the servers from which the Service operates.
18. You are prohibited from exploiting any bug in the Service or any ARMUS product to gain an unfair advantage in the game, and you are prohibited from communicating the existence of such bug (either directly or by publicizing it) to any other user of the Service.
19. You are prohibited from attempting to play your ARMUS game on or through any service that is not controlled or authorized by ARMUS. You will not participate in any online service that provides online features or activities for your Armus.mu game that is not authorized by ARMUS.
20. You will not do anything that interferes with the ability of other Members or guests to enjoy an ARMUS game and the Service, or that significantly increases the difficulty or cost to ARMUS of maintaining the Service for all its Members and guests to enjoy it.
21. Loaning, selling, or giving away accounts is prohibited. Any problems caused by your account will affect the others you connect or trade, and you will be responsible.
22. The use of illegal credits when making a virtual currency purchase is a permanent ban, without exception.
23. Do not provide false information to other members about the server or about changes not made.
24. A false report will result in a permanent ban.
25. Items or virtual currencies (Wcoins, Gold coins, Platinum coins) cannot be recovered from any transaction you make. Remember that you are responsible for your account and know what you are doing.
26. Once an item has been purchased in the xshop, the options cannot be changed or it cannot be exchanged for another item.
27. Reports of problems with your character are only taken up to 3 days from the date of purchase. It happened.
If you encounter another Member violating any of the elements detailed in the Online Conduct list above, please report them using the Help or Report Abuse functions of the service.
28. Selling, buying, or using any service for real money between users is prohibited.
29. Items or virtual currencies cannot be recovered if they are lost due to an unstable internet connection, for example, if the item is in the Chaos Machine and the connection is interrupted, etc.

If the administration suspects a case of selling or buying between users for real money (see rule 28), all of your Clan and Alliance mates, and those with whom you have previously traded, may receive a temporary block until one of those affected confirms this suspicion. We assume that the accounts of all those who received this block will NOT be released until the case is resolved. The person or persons who testify will be guaranteed complete anonymity.

ARMUS does not recognize or condone any third-party service that may be used to exchange points, goods, or attributes that you may accumulate as a result of participating in the Service or playing your Armus.mu game. This includes the exchange of Armus.mu Accounts or items on services such as eBay or Yahoo Auctions. We assume no responsibility for, nor do we endorse, such transactions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE ONLY GRANTING THE RIGHT TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE SERVICE, AND SINCE ARMUS OWNS OR EXCLUSIVELY LICENSES ALL GAME SOFTWARE AND OTHER CONTENT APPEARING ON THE SERVICE, ARMUS DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ANY CLAIMS TO OWNERSHIP OUTSIDE OF THE SERVICE, OR THE REAL-WORLD SALE, GIFT, OR TRADE OF ANYTHING RELATED TO THE SERVICE. IN PARTICULAR, EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE, CREATE, DESIGN, OR MODIFY ITEMS RELATED TO THE GAME SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT OCCUR ANY OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN ANY THOSE ITEMS. THEREFORE, YOU MAY NOT SELL GAME ITEMS OR ACCOUNTS FOR REAL MONEY OR TRADE SERVICE ITEMS, AND DOING SO MAY LEAD TO THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE ACCOUNT OF THE MEMBER WHO PURCHASED SUCH GAME ITEMS OR ACCOUNTS.

YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THESE RULES APPLY TO ANYONE YOU PERMIT TO USE YOUR SERVICE ACCOUNT OR USER ID, AND THAT YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES (INCLUDING TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT) THAT MAY OCCUR IF SUCH PERSON VIOLATES THESE RULES.

Service Modification
At any time and from time to time, ARMUS may revise, supplement, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently with or without notice, and terminate all licenses granted in the Terms of Service. You agree that neither ARMUS nor any of its affiliates, licensees, representatives, or employees has any liability to you or any third party with respect to any revision, supplement, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or the termination of any license.

ARMUS, in its sole discretion, may remove or delete any Content when it has exceeded a predetermined time or quantity restriction, or when the Website, the Service, or any component thereof requires maintenance or updates.

▶ Public Nature of Communications
You acknowledge and agree that your communications with other Members or guests through any communication channels on this Service are public and not private, and that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to your use of this Service. You acknowledge that the personal information you communicate on this Service may be viewed and used by others and may generate unsolicited communications. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not disclose any personal information about yourself in your public communications on our Service. You are solely responsible for these communications and their legality under all applicable laws and regulations. ARMUS is not responsible for the information you choose to communicate to other users on the Service or for the actions of other users.

Once you post or submit any Content to Armus.mu, you expressly grant ARMUS the irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, and perpetual right and license to quote, republish, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, and otherwise communicate, and publicly display and perform the Content in any form, anywhere, with or without attribution to your nickname at ARMUS's discretion, and without prior notice or compensation of any kind. ARMUS will comply with court orders and subpoenas in any jurisdiction ordering ARMUS to disclose the identity of anyone posting communications to the Website.

▶ Personal Use
The Service is for your personal use. You understand and agree that you may not transmit or retransmit, or make any commercial use of, the Service. Specifically, you may not use any area of ​​the Service to collect information about Members, including login names, or use such information to send unsolicited email or for any other purpose. You may not attempt (or authorize, encourage, or support the attempts of others) to circumvent, reverse engineer, decipher, crack, or otherwise alter or interfere with the Service or any component thereof. You agree to promptly notify ARMUS of any unauthorized use or attempted use.

▶ Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age to access and use the Service is 16 years old, except for:
(a) All free online casino games provided by ARMUS, for which access is required to be at least 21 years old.

▶ Liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
The use of machines, computers, scripts, or any automated system on the Service is strictly prohibited and may give rise to criminal liability under the Criminal Damage Act 1991 and/or the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001 (the ''Acts''). You may only play games available through the Services with a single type, version, or copy of the client application at any given time. In addition, any of the following actions may expose you to legal liability, including penalties under the Act:
a. Knowingly and without legal excuse, attempting to access data without authorization or exceeding authorized access.
b. Accessing a computer without authorization, and as a result of such conduct, intentionally or recklessly causing damage.
c. Knowingly and dishonestly using a computer with the intent to obtain profit or cause loss to another.

You understand and acknowledge that the Website, Content, and other applications available on the Service are the sole and exclusive property of ARMUS, its licensors, or its affiliates, and are protected by applicable laws and regulations, as well as international conventions relating to copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Under these Terms of Service or any other terms, you may not, under any circumstances, obtain an ownership interest in any proprietary material.

You are prohibited from downloading, copying, transmitting, modifying, reproducing, distributing, publicly or privately displaying, or creating derivative works from the Service, the Website, or any Content appearing thereon. Unauthorized downloading, copying, transmitting, modifying, reproducing, distributing, displaying, and creating derivative works from any Content may result in the termination of your account(s) and/or legal action. Other Content owners may also pursue criminal or civil action against you. In such cases, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARMUS and its licensors, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any third-party claims, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, related to such actions.

If ARMUS receives a notice alleging infringement or has reason to suspect that your use of the Service infringes the intellectual property rights of ARMUS or others, ARMUS may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account(s) with or without notice.

▶ ARMUS Trademarks
ARMUS, its logo(s), Armus.mu, and related trademarks and domain names are registered trademarks of ARMUS. ARMUS trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is likely to confuse customers or in any way disparage the business. Other trademarks not owned by ARMUS that may appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Website grants, by implication, waiver, estoppel, or otherwise, any right to use any trademark appearing on the Website without the written permission of ARMUS or the owner of the respective trademark, service mark, or logo.

▶ Website
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” ARMUS reserves the exclusive right and may, at any time and without notice or liability to you, modify or discontinue the Website or delete the data you provide, either temporarily or permanently. Temporary interruptions in the availability of the Website may occur occasionally as normal events. Under no circumstances will ARMUS be liable for damages resulting from such interruptions. The Website may include technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, or may allow you to access or download harmful or malicious code introduced onto the Internet by third parties. The Website is available internationally and may contain references to products, programs, and services of ARMUS and/or its suppliers that are not available in your geographic location. Such references do not imply that ARMUS or its suppliers intend to make such products, programs, or services available in your geographic location.

▶ Game Software
Some games on Armus.mu may require you to download software from ARMUS or its licensors to your computer (''Game Software''). The right to use the Game Software is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable EULA. You understand that ARMUS's implementation of a variety of technologies may not be consistent across all platforms and that performance and some features offered by ARMUS may vary depending on your computer type and other equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither ARMUS nor its licensors have any liability of any kind or nature in connection with your use of the game software (including liability for consequential or incidental damages or damage to your computer hardware or software), and the entire risk of use (including, but not limited to, damage to your computer hardware or software) rests with you.

As specifically described in each EULA, ARMUS and/or its licensors retain exclusive right, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Game Software, its copies, and all error corrections, bugs, patches, updates, derivative works, enhancements, and modifications (whether made by ARMUS or its licensors, you, or any other entity), including, for example, any titles, computer code, themes, items, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, locations, concepts, artwork, character inventories, structure or landscape designs, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audiovisual effects, storylines, character likenesses, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, and ''mini-applications'' incorporated into the Game Software. The rights mentioned in the preceding sentence represent the copyrighted works of ARMUS or its licensors and are protected by the copyright laws of any country in which ARMUS provides the Game Software to Members, international copyright treaties and conventions, or other applicable laws. All rights reserved. The Game Software may contain certain licensed materials, and the licensors of those materials may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of the EULA.

4. BETA TESTING

You may be offered the opportunity to beta test new games and website features. Your participation as a beta tester is subject to the following terms and conditions.

▶ Closed Beta Testing
Closed beta testing is confidential. Both the beta games and information about the features and functionality offered as part of the games are confidential. If you participate in a closed beta test, you must prevent and avoid unauthorized access to, copying, disclosure, and use of the beta games. You will conduct the test personally and will not provide access to the beta games to any other person. You agree that failure to comply with the foregoing confidentiality obligations will cause irreparable harm to ARMUS, and that ARMUS has the right to pursue (in addition to any other available remedies) ex parte injunctive relief without bond to prevent the breach or potential breach of its obligations. Your obligation to maintain the confidentiality of beta games will not terminate until ARMUS publicly distributes, or has otherwise made public through no means related to you, each of the games and content you are evaluating.

▶ All Beta Tests (Closed and Open)
a. As a Beta Tester, you are authorized to play beta games for the sole purpose of evaluating them and identifying bugs. Nothing in this Agreement, or on this Site, may be construed as granting you any rights or privileges of any kind with respect to the beta games or the content found here. Beta games are provided for testing ''as is,'' and we make no express or implied warranties of any kind.
b. By playing beta games, you may accumulate treasure, experience points, equipment, or other indicators of status or value. This data may be reset at any time during the testing process or when the testing phase of the game in question is concluded. In such case, all player history and data will be erased, and each player will have to start over from scratch.
c. By selecting the “Play” button to launch a beta game, you agree that: (i) you play the beta games at your own risk and that the games may contain known or unknown bugs; (ii) any status indicators or values ​​earned through gameplay may be deleted at any time; (iii) ARMUS is under no obligation to provide these games free of charge for any period of time, or to grant any access to them; (iv) these games may be available only through subscriptions after the end of the testing process or at any other time; (v) these Terms of Service apply to your use of the games during the testing phase; and (vi) if this is a closed beta test, you must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the beta games as set forth above and not disclose it to anyone else.
d. Beta test accounts are non-transferable under any circumstances.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WEBSITE, GAME, SOFTWARE, AND THE INTERNET IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF ARMUS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ARMUS AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT, OR GUARANTEE ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICE, AND WILL IN NO WAY BE INVOLVED IN OR RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THE PROVIDERS OF THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

ARMUS reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In that event, you will have no further obligation to provide indemnification to ARMUS in that matter. The obligations set forth herein shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
